No experience is required. These experiences are open to all levels and are designed to feel grounding, supportive, and unpressured.

Shannon is the creator behind these retreats and experiences, bringing together her passion for wellness, nature, and intentional living. Her focus is on creating spaces where people can slow down, step away from daily stress, and reconnect with themselves in a meaningful way.
With a background in holistic wellness, Shannon is also involved with Lifewave patches, which align with her interest in supporting balance, recovery, and overall well-being. She integrates a mindful, grounded approach into everything she creates, always aiming to keep things simple, calming, and accessible.
Through both retreats and MBS Adventures, Shannon’s goal is to offer experiences that feel real, restorative, and supportive — whether that’s through time in nature, movement, or quiet moments of reset away from everyday life.
