Cancellation Policy

A $600 CAD deposit is required to secure your spot. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Deposit Terms - The $600 deposit is non-refundable. - If you are unable to attend, the deposit may be credited toward a future retreat, subject to availability. - Deposit credits must be used within 12 months of the original booking date. - Credits are non-transferable unless approved in writing. Remaining Balance - The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the trip start date. - Failure to pay by the deadline may result in loss of your spot and forfeiture of your deposit. - All payments must be made in CAD funds only. No-Show Policy - If you do not attend the retreat (no-show), 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded. - The remaining 50% will be retained to cover reserved accommodations and planning costs. Flights & Travel - Guests are responsible for booking and paying for their own flights. - If you experience flight delays, cancellations, or travel issues, you must contact us as soon as possible so we can assist where feasible. - We are not responsible for airline changes, cancellations, or missed connections. Minimum Participants - Retreats require a minimum number of participants. - If the minimum is not met, the retreat may be cancelled or rescheduled. - In this case, you will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer to a future retreat. Liability Waiver - A liability waiver must be signed prior to the retreat start date. - Failure to sign the waiver may result in cancellation of your booking without refund. By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to this Booking & Payment Policy.
